I am using Movie Edit Pro 16 Plus and everytime I open the program my Media Pool, Program Monitor, and Project windows are not showing when I go into Edit Mode. I know how to get them back by going into the Window tab but why do the keep disappearing.

Is there something I can do to save the screen settings so they do not dissappear when I close the program?

The likely cause is a corruption to one of the .ini files used by MEP. The details of finding and fixing (simply delete it and a new one will be created!) have recently been discussed here:
