I am unable to register with my serial number for Sound Forge 7.0b

Every number I call for Magix support is either busy or hangs up. I can't register my SN through their portal and am unable to access anyone for help. All I did was reformat my system and now can't access my software.

I've also created accounts in magix.info and magix.com and neither account will let me log into support2.magix.com.

Was your Sound Forge 7 software registered with SCS (Sony Creative Software? If so, the pertinent info should be in the Magix database.

If you created an account, and logged in, there should be a "Register a product" button at the bottom of the 'My Products' page.

Does this post help you?

No. The system will not accept my serial number, which I received directly from SCS.

My software was registered with SCS but is not being accepted in the Magix database.

So, have you done what was suggested in the linked thread and contacted Magix Support? I know you wrote you've tried to phone and to use one of the support addresses, but the link in the opening post of that thread includes another direct link.

I have logged into this site: https://www.magix.com/index.php?id=20628&L=38&C=74 but it will not accept my product serial number. When I try to register it, it gives me the following error:

Wrong product registration number

Please check your entries again.
If necessary, use the product registration directly from within your MAGIX product.

I am unable to log into support2.magix.com as it never accepts any password, regardless of reset attempts.

When I try to contact technical support, it redirects me to https://support2.magix.com/customer/en/request?_ga=2.42161511.379330298.1527007500-1987776531.1526417639 which I can't log into.

On that page, when I click to "reset my password" it takes me back to www.magix.com and accepts the changes, but still does not allow me to log into the support site.
