I am running Audio Cleaning Lab10 in Windows XP and have started getting problems with "dscr.dll" messages

Magix Audio Cleaning Lab 10 Problem

Whenever I try to use the Cleaning Wizard I get the following message:

//Failure in module "dscr.dll" at address 0x003f13cf
Exception 0xc0000005 "ACCESS VIOLATION".//

When I Click on "Exit Program" it is fFollowed by:

//Warning!
Internal data structures may have been destroyed. Software may be unstable.//

Does the failure indicate a bad "dscr.dll" file? If so, do you know how I can fix it other than uninstalling, cleaning registry and reinstalling, which didn't seem to work?

Try a reinstall , after uninstall and running the Magix cleaner tool available here

Thanks John, Tried clicking on the link you provided, but when I got to the site there's no Magix cleaner tool there any ideas?

You must login as per the instruction at the top of the page, entering your email address and password you used set up your account when you registered the software in to the login boxes lower left of the page. The downloads will then appear.
