I keep getting renewal warnings from Magix for Xara Designer Pro X but I've already paid for that last month. I have the email confirmation but there seems no way to take care of this. HOW DO I CONTACT A HUMAN?
The only method of contacting any support personnel, especially at the current time of the pandemic problem, is to use the Support button in the header of any forum page and choose, in your case, to contact Sales.
However, looking at the Support pages, it does seem that there is currently no way to actually create a ticket at the moment. I have raised this issue with a member of Magix staff but am yet to receive any reply.
In the meantime, you may just need to be patient I'm afraid. 😬
It's not a warning, it's an advert and it also let's you know that a new version, 17, is available.
If you have version 16.xxx of XDPX, and since you are within the 1 year update service, you can upgrade to version 17 if you want to. It is a separate install. Go to the Magix.com site and download the trial version. Once installed, activate it with your existing Activation Code. Warning. This will remove and replace version 16 and overwrite any preferences and settings.
