Hello. I bought the vegas 16 pro humble bundle around last year. I downloaded everything and redeemed all the keys, and the software worked fine. Recently, I tried opening the program again, (have not opened it since I bought the software, downloaded and redeemed) and I had an error telling me I was missing a .dll file. I tried finding it online and putting it into vegas and it still did not work. I tried to redownload it, but it told me I could not reinstall while the program was already downloaded. I deleted everything I could find relating to vegas on my computer, even the MAGIX folder and whatever I could find that was the same size as Vegas. It still tells me I have it installed when attempting to reinstall. There were times after deleting everything that the download would actually start, but it would only get about halfway before again telling me it was already installed. My concern throughout all of this besides the fact I can not use vegas is that since it is almost a year after the redemption key expiration date, that even if I manage to reinstall the program I wont get to use it due to the key expiring. If there is any way you would know to fix this I would greatly appreciate any help.
