Humble bundle 10$ voucher redemption

I received a key for the Music maker EDM edition from Humble Bundle which also came with a 10$ voucher for in app purchases, but when I try and redeem the voucher I get an error "The coupon validity period has expired" Does anyone know what i need to do to make the voucher work?

@Geoff-Gifford When did you purchase this bundle? It looks like you waited too long. There was a deadline to use the coupons.

It turned out that the instructions I was given didn't mention that I needed to redownload the new upgraded version of Music maker rather than just upgrading the free version which is how I expected it to work. once I did that the coupon worked. Thanks for the help
