If you create a simple and easy to load website. A cell user should be able to load your website without problems.

You can also create a simple website on a specific domain such as www.example.mobi. Some providers allow you to create such a domain.

Check your provider!

To make it simple and easy to load here are some tips:

- Don't overload on pictures. Just 1 per page and in small sizes (exampe: max 300x200 pixels)

- Use tekst for links no buttons

- Use 1 backgroundcolour (white) and 1 textcolour (black) and then a link colour (blue)

Try to load it yourself on your cellphone before you give the adres to anyone. This way you can check if your site is easy to load.
