I just saw a video in MAGIX forum and it was so great. Can anyone tell me what methods were used. Below is the link.

The nearest I can get to this is by applying these effects.

Video Effects :

Color - Saturation to 0

Cut clip into very short sections

Select each section and adjust the Art Filter, Substitution.

You made also have to adjust contrast to enhance the effect.
