How to turn my video

The video was filmed normally, but when uploaded to Movie Edit Pro 2016 it looks like the camera was turned on its side. How to I rotate the video so it plays correctly?

I'm using Windows 10.

On a mobile phone?

To rotate the video:

Select the video on the timeline.
Select the Effects tab, Movement effects, Rotation
Adjust the rotation to correct the video.
