On the right side of Track Boxes is an area with horizontal track is called arranger (the work space). Whatever we drop here (audio block) whether short or long. On only track 1 or more after editing or finalizing we can save project File/Save arrangements (Ctrl+S) by giving name. To load File/Load arrangements (Ctrl+O)

samples of Vita solo instruments?

As you did not mention which version of Music Maker you got therefore, I will say click on Synthesizer then click on Vita solo instrument it will be added on the arranger (may be track 1).
