Customer service has not responded to my support requests.
The problem is a mandatory home delivery package that does not work at all in this area, so I do not receive the package from the post office at all.
How do I get my money back for a package that is not delivered.
The package should have been delivered to a post office where the package could have been picked up. However, this has not been done, but the package is in a home delivery terminal where home delivery does not work.
