How to remove unused windows from project after combining separate projects in one

I combined 3 projects into one by opening the second and third using the "combine project screen..I then "copy and paste" the second to the end of the first, and then the third to the end ot the first and second by toggling back and forth between the three projects using the WINDOWS button on the toolbar.  I "save as" to a new title,  when I reopen the new project I have to go to the WINDOW button where the new project is but also 2 of the original windows that are no longer needed.  Is there a way to eliminate extra windows  or a better way to combine multiple projects into one?

Hi

It would help if you specify which version of MEP you are using.

However switch to the movie you want to remove and then use  File, Manage Movies , Remove from project to remove it/them.

There is not a better way of combining projects,  exporting the video and then re- importing into the project causes more problems if you need to re edit.
