Hello I had installed some extra instruments for my Music samplitude studio 2016. I uninstalled hem due to some reason and also i removed them from the VST list. They still showup in the instruments list in the browser. How to delete or remove them?

Thanks and regards

Hi,

I presume you mean remove the icon from the Media Pool at the bottom of the screen and from the popdown list of instruments. Try going to:

C:\ProgramData\MAGIX\Music Maker 2016 Live\MxSynth

and moving the shortcuts and .ini files of the instruments that you don't want. I suggest that you move them elsewhere in case you need to put them back. This might work, I haven't tried it; I only added.

If you mean non-Magix VSTi's, then you have to either uninstall them, move them, or delete them from the path in which Magix is looking for them. Then you can also reset the VST plugin information path under Program Settings, Folders tab.
