There are no tools within the base program that can do this without the use of a third party plugin that would have to be bought separately. Even if there was, the computer system needed to do that would have to be top of the range to cope at any capable level as the processing power needed to make that viable is very high.
I believe the full paid for version of DaVinci Resolve has this capability built in but again the required specs for that to be a smooth experience would be quite high if one was expecting reasonably accurate separation of subject from background. Even with these tools available, quite often an amount of manual adjustment is needed during the process to get good results as well as time and patience.
If the background was a solid colour then yes that could be done but anything else becomes increasingly difficult as the background becomes busier and harder for the program to differentiate from the subject that need separating.
