How to refund soundpool

I went to purchase a sound pool with the coupon I had received in an email, but forgot the redeem coupon code is on the first screen, so I clicked continue to purchase. I immediately saw it and closed the purchase but it still downloaded and charged my debit card. I need to get a refund somehow, if anyone knows please message me.

That's what I tried to do by calling their number, but there was no option for refund and i went through several different routes. Is there an e-mail too?
