There is no such thing as Magix Membership. There is membership of this forum; if you have purchased and registered a Magix product you will have a Magix Account; if you have previously bought a subscription, e.g., for Loops Unlimited, that is another account. And I'm sure there may well be more!

So, exactly which type of membership do you have?

At the top right of your screen you should see an avatar which is the same as the one next to your name in your post. Click on it and choose My profile. When that page opens, from the left hand side choose Settings, then Account. The third option is Delete Account.

To do so login to your account here and/or at magix.com.

Select your avatar top right of any page you are logged in on

Select My profile, Settings and use the Delete account option.

NOTE: if you have any ongoing contracts eg Update Service, Loops unlimited etc then you will need to cancel these first.

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums, so no-one here can tell you anything about charges on your credit card, sorry.

If you are certain this charge has originated from magix.com and you have never purchased anything from that website you need to email infoservice@magix.net to ask them about this charge.

Perhaps you should also ask your credit card issuer for more details of the transaction.
