Hi,

Use the + and - buttons to the right of the bottom scroll bar to zoom in and out on the Arranger, the + and - at the bottom of the vertical scroll bar to make the tracks higher, and the cross-shaped double-headed arrows to magnify the selected object, the Zoom popdown, etc.

This is all covered in the manual. Best to start reading it.

I did not get one with the installation cd, thought it was weird at the time cause i spent a lot of money to buy it

You will find the manual under the help menu at the top of the program window.
