They are very nice title images. The ad implies you can create them using the title templates. Can someone tell me if this is actually possible? I went through the templates on all of the title effects and in NewBlue and didn't find anything like those at all.
I would imagine the beach one is supposed to be animated, but for my purposes it doesn't matter. It's more the style that I'm looking for. On the summer one it might be cool for the lens flare to move from one side to the other, but I imagine that can be done with key frames.
The pages Terry linked are where I saw them, I don't think I've seen them in a video.
I don't see any title templates or even titles with template movies that do the same thing. However, there are many templates and for something like the ones in the images, they would be styled after captions with text and background image for the rectangle and an animated background image for the flare (or an animation clip). Look at how the captions are created and you will see that you can easily make your own if you have the tools. Of course, you have to use your own background image (girl on the beach)
Here is something that I put together quickly using MEP2016 Premium.
I didn't look much to see which font was used in your second example, so I chose Permanent Marker for Summer and Arial bold for 2015. I created the rectangle in Xara Designer Pro X11 but you can use any drawing program that will give you a transparent background file. I used the image from the video to size and place the box. I did the flare using Red Giant Knoll Light Factory EZ which came with 2015 Premium, I think.
