How to make the left side of Acid Music Studio reappear

I was in the middle of laying tracks with my Acid Music Pro studio 11 DAW when the left side where normally I press Ctrl Q to get it, disappeared. So I do not have that side where I can access new tracks, arm for record, or choose the track, use mute, solo etc. available to me. I tried rebooting the computer, but that did not work. What should I do to get that left short strip where so many of these vital aspects of recording are located to come back on the screen? I am using a HP PC lap top 64 bit O/S. Thanks

@Patrick-Kodwin You can always try to reset the program settings. Hold CTRL and SHIFT and double click on the program icon. A small window should appear asking you to reset the program settings and to delete the cache.
