You can deactivate one of the other licenses without uninstalling the program as Long as you do not run MMM simultanously on that Machines.

I understand ut might be som hasle deactivating on one computer/activate on another, but ut can be a workaround until you fet more licenses. The question is if Magix Will smell MM2013 licenses or if you ned to upgrade.

@d-m

Two things you need to remember:

  1. The number of activations available for each Magix software is limited, deliberately. It seems you have now met that limit. The only method of creating a new activation is, as already explained, to deactivate one of the other installations. I think it extremely unlikely that Customer Service would allow you to add yet another activation to your licence, even assuming they could do so, without a corresponding deactivation on one of your other computers.
  2. Because of the age of your product, support is only available via a paid-for support request. Again, that is Magix policy and there's nothing that any of we fellow-user can do about that, sorry.

This is the official Magix page to contact support; there is no other way that will ensure you receive a reply.

You may try to contact purchase consultation contact (infoservice@magix.net) (https://www.magix.com/no/support/customer-service/#c66422) for inquiring if it is possible to buy additional activations for your product. Or if you upgrade your product to the current version, if it then is possible to buy additional activation licenses.

Although I will very much suspect it is not possible.
