How to edit "Folder Paths" of Project Settings without opening Movie Edit Pro MX

Want to automate my project directory/folder structure prior to opening/editing video in Movie Edit Pro MX. Is there a file that contains the "Projects", "Exports", "Imports",....etc. Project Setting / Folder paths that a script can alter?

Hi

The paths are stored in the videodeluxe.ini file, there are several on your computer but the one you want is the largest (mine are ~40-44kb in size).  Its location depends on which version of Windows you are using.

I am intrigued as to why you would want to alter this progammatically from a script - it seems to me more hassle then the system I use. 

I set my paths to a 'master' folder for projects exports etc and then place all my projects in different folders within the 'master folder' .
