How to display curves when controlling volume

I hope there is a way to display volume curves to make my music smooth. Is there a way where you can do like Sony Vegas and have the lines curve in a smooth way?

Yes....in the object "Automation" dialog box.

Oh that tool? That tool is horrible. It isn't automatically designed like in Sony Vegas? I hate drawing it myself. Is that all it has?
