How to deslect Some of the MIDI chanals after importing in SMS2016

Hi I have a song in many MIDI tracks in it I imported them to SMS2016 so that i could assign different instruments to those tracks and also edit each track partially. The problem is I cannot select just one track. when I click on any track then all are getting selected and i cannot adjust anything in one single track. Kindly suggest.

I am using 22vsl audio box and win 7 professional OS

Hi,

I had this a couple of times. Don't recall exactly what I did, but it was probably ungroup - Ctrl+U. Try it to see if that does it.
