Hi

This is actually very difficult if you need a precise cut out.

If a 'cameo' type insert is OK you can do this using a suitable shaped black and white image as a mask and apply Effects, Video effects, Chroma, Alpha to it to mask out the unwanted portion of the clip.

Here is an example of the timeline as described above.

Thanks, the main problem of no finding the right feature was the translation (I use Polish version).

The cut-off and resise is standing in Effects and than "movement effects" ("part" and "resize") - I would never search it there because the word "movements" used in Polish translation corresponds only with motion.
