@David-Fitt

Since you have chosen "Other Products" as your software, exactly which program do you have? If it is either Vegas Pro or Vegas Movie Studio version 18 or earlier, please see this pinned post.

Since this is your first ever post here, assuming you have a product other than those I've mentioned above, have you tried asking for help from other users in this forum?

Also, just to add a little to what @SP. has told you, there is no telephone support for any Magix product.

Why can't I talk to a real person! I just paid $4.99 to reactivate my movie edit pro 17 per the program. I still have not received a code via email. I checked my spam etc... I starting to think this is a fraud and going to cancel my cc purchase of the $4.99. I should be able to talk to a real person at MAGIX so this could be taken care of quickly instead of being very frustrating.

@Jeff-Teffer

Hi

From where did you order the re-activation code?

Do you mean Movie Edit Pro 17 released in 2010?

If so, it is obsolete and as you suspect may be a fraud.

If not, do you mean Movie Edit Pro 2017 or 2018, both of which are also obsolete ?
