how to actually talk to support

i tried to download the free version of music maker and i can not get past this stupid popup that says "activate cookies to download" and i have done that. the download link is not working and i can't find any way to get in touch with support to get the fricken software. i got free stuff to use with it from humble bundle but the download link is broken and i can't find a way to contact support to get the fricken download. help?

Did you already tried different browsers? Sometimes websites don't work with all browsers for whatever reason.

Welcome to the Magix user to user forms.

Do you use Chrome as your default browser? if so, I have seen the same error message; the problem is not with Magix but with Chrome, I'm afraid to say!

As @SP. says, try using a different browser, even the dreaded Edge!
