How to activate IgniteVFX Battle Pack after purchasing it in a bundle

I recently upgraded to the one time payment of Vegas Pro 18 from a promotion, with the 2 plugins, including the IgniteVFX Battlepack. I'd like to know how to activate the IgniteVFX plugin, because I can't find it.
