How many types of instruments exist in Music Maker?

Hello. I am sorting out the Soundpool files from outside to make music more convenient. But some of the instruments don't seem to be recognized within the Music Maker. So I want to classify it according to the type of instrument in Music Maker, but I don't know how many instruments I have. Can I know all types of musical instruments?

@kramp

If you highlight the "Instruments" tab on the screen your screenshot showed, you will see a list of ALL the instruments on your computer which MM can see and use. See below for screenshot form my computer.

(The "Additional instruments" button will open the store and list what else you can buy.)

I don't think they are talking about instruments but loop types as in Bass, Brass, Drums, FX, Guitar, Keys etc. (based on the screenshot)

Yes, that's right. Thank you for answering the above, but I know how many types of sound pools there are. Do you know more about other things than some of the types you wrote?

No I just looked at one soundpool. The description of each soundpool in the store lists all the types so you are going to have to work it out going through one soundpool at a time. I'm not sure of the value of doing this.

Hi

Your posts are somewhat confusing, quoting Soundpools and the referring to Instruments, hence the two different replies you have received, both of which are correct, however they are not the answer you are looking for.

Can you clarify:

  1. what do you mean by . . . . sorting out the Soundpool files from outside . . .

  2. do you mean Soundpools or Instruments - instruments being the Synthesizers, Drum Engine etc under the Instruments tab?

  3. if Soundpools then by Instruments are you referring to the actual instrument(s) used to create the Soundpool loop?
