I have multiple PCs that I work on and would like to know if I need to buy software for each PC or can the single purchase be used multiple times?
Legally, only one. The license for the software is for one installation on a PC. But, this is a user to user area, so you might want to contact the Magix Customer Service for clarification.

Just to add to what John has said, most consumer products are sold with a single user license, the one notable exception is antivirus applications which often offer multi-user licenses to cover multiple computers within the same household.
Volume licenses are usually available with most software, but it really depends on the number of licenses you wish to purchase. Many software companies look at multi-user licenses as starting at the 10+ level.
