How long to get an answer for Magix for Education ?

Hello,

I sent a message three days ago from now... it is a bit urgent because I need it for tomorow. I want to order Magix for education so I registered online. How long do you think it will take to get an answer from them ? I contacted also Xara (for designer Pro X) and I didn't get any answers :/ I checked my spam folder as well...

I don't have any programm yet. I want to buy "Magix Academic suite Pro X"... I'm living in United Arabic Emirates at the french school. I did an order three days from now online via the form.

If you have not received an order confirmation - then: I would simply place a new order. I'm not sure that I understand the problem correctly.

I found what was causing so much trouble !! I was using an email in @tivbroc.com . I tried with another email (@gmail.com) and it worked ! I think Magix just ignore professionnal email :/ It's a pity :/
