How does one contact support???

I am an old Vegas user that in my late years have gone back to Video Editing. Purchased Vegas with all the options last week and been battling bringing all the pieces up.

First, there is no current documentation. From forum postings, the promise of an updated documentation goes almost 1 year. What's up with that? Will there be documentation for Vegas 19, not just updates to documentation that I have no access to?

Second, the whole support section is not working. All the links do not work so Magix support in essence does not exist. How does one contact support? Does Magix have support?

In Sound Forge, Ozone 9 Elements is included but every time I try to use it, I get a window requesting a License Number that I never received. Of course, no useful work can be done with Ozone 9 Elements.

On the plus side, the Forums have been very active and responsive. Lots of knowledgeable folks willing to share information. That is awesome. However, the Forum can't fix my registration issues, only Magix.
