Then how long should I wait?

@Scott-Simonds

"How long is a piece of string"???

Unfortunately, no-one can answer that question about the length of time you should wait. Most/all Magix staff are still working from home, I understand and, depending upon the complexity of the questions you have raised, it may take several days, or even longer, to gather the necessary information.

Have you tried asking your questions here in the appropriate forum areas? It is entirely possible that a fellow-user may be able to supply the information you seek.

@Scott-Simonds

Hi

If your questions are about Vegas Pro, this is not the correct forum for this product. You have already been told this 3 times and each time pointed to the correct forum to post in.

AFAICS you have not registered/posted a question regarding your Vegas Pro issues you have posted here.
