Sorry, but you are going to have to give us more information than that.  I know what a Surface Pro is, but what exactly do you mean by "MAGIX music"?

Assuming you are referring to the PC version of any of the Music Maker versions - you have 2 options:

1.   Download and install from the Internet via the built in wifi

2.   Purchase an  external DVD drive to connect to the Surface and  the disc version of the software - the disadvantage is this does not allow you to try before you buy.

From the testing I have done with a Surface I found it to be a frustrating experience trying to run any programme that is not designed for the Surface ie the supplied apps or the apps available for the Surface.

Have you check the "Live Performer" and the " Live Pad"  included in MMM? Refer to the documentation.
