It would be helpful to tell us exactly how you're making your back(ing) track.  Are you using soundpool, or other, audio objects, or a MIDI instrument?

I am using a midi object then I put the notes from the sheet music score into music maker. The I add instriments like a piano or violin. I only started recently so sometimes I struggle a bit.

It's been since 2013 and absolutely NO one has been able to answer their question. How do I bump this up because I would like to know how to incorporate triplets as well.

@ACGuernica

Hi

The reason why there has been no answer is because it is a playing 'technique' eg you play three crotchets (quarter notes) equally spaced within the time span of two beats (in 4/4 time) or if writing the notes into the MIDI editor doing the same.
