how do you link to other sites

Hi I can write my own links to other sites but am having difficulty when they ask me to copy a logo or link and then paste it in my HTML. Any help would be greatfully recieved Andy

Hi there, Since you can't integrate any HTML code into your Website Maker, you would just have to go about this in a slightly different manner: You would have to obtain the image (e.g. banner/button) that the HTML code is displaying via the IMG tag and save it to your computer. Now, upload the image to your Website Maker via the upload function and place it on your website. Then use the linking function of Website Maker to attach an external link to the image that points to the location you want to link to (i.e. the location linked to by the anchor tag in the given HTML code). Done. Now you have accomplished exactly the same effect that you would have by integrating the code into a HTML-based website. I hope this helps.
