Whenever I try to export the track, it simply asks if I want to overwrite NILSTRING.MID, and then I can't find it anywhere.

The only reason it would do that is because you already have a file in that location by that name.

Either change the name, change the location, or select *yes* when it asks if you want to overwrite it.

It's your decision.

This is a known bug in Music Maker 16.

I ran into the same bug, and have not been able to find a workaround.

I haven't had time lately to investigate further, sorry.

You should contact Magix.

The famous NILSTRING.MID gets overwritten in the following address:

C:\ProgramData\MAGIX\Music_Maker_16_Premium\Synth\Revolta 2\NILSTRING.MID

You can duplicate and rename it to use with other software.
