Assuming you mean setup various titles ( text) at different points in the video, all having the same font size, colour and effects.

The easiest way is to set up the first title how you want it to appear, then copy and paste it at different positions - move the timeline cursor to the next position you want the text, paste and then edit the text by double clicking on each title object.
