How do you create a credits page?

To complete the slide show I'm making now, there's a few things I need help with.  They are:

* How do you create a black blank page at the very end of the slide show to write stuff on.  That will stay up for 10 seconds before fading out.

* The background music is staying on one of the slides at the beginning for too long.  Is there a way to shorten the time the music sits on that one slide, without mucking up the rest of the slide show?

Hi Gloria,

There is no such thing as a credits page, only titles.

I can't open PhotoStory anymore so I'm flying a bit blind here, and I don't have the same version as you.

Make sure that you are in timeline mode, not storyboard.

You create a multi-line title, and stretch it (the object) to the length that you want. You can probably also indicate the duration in the Title dialog area.

If you downloaded and installed all of the addons (see under Help), then under effects you should have test images or backgrounds with some images. Drag the one that you want onto the timeline at the end and create the title on this one.

If you don't have a suitable background image (search through your computer - you may have one somewhere), then you can create one using an image drawing program like Paint. Create a rectangle the size of the resolution of your project, paint it black or the colour that you want, save it as a jpeg. Then drag it onto the timeline and stretch it for the duration that you want.

As for your music on the slide, I'm not sure how you did what you did. The music does not sit on the slide, it just plays. It would be the slide that stays on the screen too long. You didn't say how you created your slideshow so it is difficult to help. You could try simply changing the duration of the image to make it shorter, and then trimming the end of the music to adjust to the new length. Or you could compensate by making one or more of images stay on the screen longer (change the duration).

Posting screenshots here of what you are doing would help.

Hi Gloria,

I have found that you can drag the sound at the end so that it fades when the end title fades.
