How do we download purchased SCS software?

I have a lot of software from SCS.  My system crashed and I need to reinstall it.  When I try to download it from my SCS account page, it redirects to Magix.com.  Magix doesn't list any of my registrations.  I submitted a support request almost two weeks ago and no one has responded.  I've called back and they say they'll put it at the top of the queue.  How do I download my software now?

You would be better off posting in the Vegas Pro and other SCS software forum here also look at the News section there is more information there.
