How do I update my program? (MM 2015 Premium). So many bugs and no fixes!

The Help/Update program menu only ever shows "Register your product". It then asks if I want a coupon regardless of the checkbox status, then takes me to your "register your product" web page. And that's it. No updates. The program is barely usable so I'm sure you must have released an update. My version is 21.0.3.38 please tell me how to fix your software...

First off, this is a user forum and no one here works for Magix.

Did you buy MMM on line directly from Magix? Did you register when you bought it? Which operating system are you using? Did you input your serial number? You didn't indicate what you did to get to this point.

Did you watch my tutorial about getting started in MusicMaker?

You state in the subject "So many bugs and no fixes." Other than your registration problem and not being able to update to the latest patch, what bugs have you found? None?

Well, obviously there are the problems with the SoundPools. They never stay after I restart the program (this seems to occur once you import around 100GB of SoundPools. I have around 700Gigs so the soundpools never stay. They also don't register in the soundpool properly although all my samples play fine if I use the file browser to play them,  If I use the soundpool picker it just says that the File has been moved. These bugs have been around since MM 16 so I don't really hope to see a fix. They also exist in Samplitude although that just crashes when I try to import all the soundpools.

Then there is the constant hanging whenever I slide my track from left to right. The Key heading also rarely displays correctly. There are many, many more. I've used evey version of MM since v11.0 and produced a fare whack of music (check out my SC profile) so I'm no beginner, but thanks for the reply...

MM2015 is without doubt, the most unusable version.

Well, no I don't think so. I upgrade my systems every couple of years or so and these bugs happen on all my computers, including two desktops and three laptops. I also can't get the Vita vst worlking on Windows 10 (only on one lapdog right now). The bugs still appear in Win 10 too and that's on a clean lapdog strait out of the box, but the Vita problem makes it completely unusable anyway.

Being a techie first and a musician second, I tend to know my hard/software pretty well (I started of life as a programmer so I have a good background in software development) and these are definitely bugs and not config or hardware problems.
