How exactly does the procedure fail. I'm not really clear on that. How exactly do you proceed? Does the log-in into the support website not work out? Do you get an error message there or does it basically just kick you out again, without any kind of comment. In the latter case, it might be a matter of browser cookies not being accepted from that site, resulting in the failure of the login/authentication process. Check your web browser configuration. That's just off the top of my head. A more detailed account of the problem might be require here, though.
