(Using Samplitude Music Studio 2019)

I recorded two stereo channels at the same time (4 tracks total) but I had Left and Right switched on channels 1 and 2.

1) How do I separate the 4 tracks that seem to be linked together?

2) How do I swap the LEFT and RIGHT sides.
