How do i trim a video clip, head and tail, leaving just the trimmed (i e middle portion) in Movie Edit Pro 2016, thanks.

With the video object on the timeline:

position the timeline cursor at the point where you want to cut off the beginning and press the Z key
position the timeline cursor at the point where you want to cut off the end and press the U key

If you have not done so I would suggest you read the installed PDF manual available under Help.
