You just need to use Windows startup manager to disable it or something like Iolo System Mechanic or any of the other applications out there that help you configure what applications start when you reboot your system.  This is not a function of Music Maker, it is a operating system function.  Since you did not mention which operating system you are using, here is the process for Windows 7.  http://www.pcworld.com/article/241049/how_to_disable_windows_startup_programs.html

If you are using a MAC Os, you will need to search for how to do this with Mac.  If windows 8 a google search on "windows 8 startup manager" would be appropriate.
