How do I set up and use the A/B roll function between video tracks?

I get the tracks in sync but I do not know how to control which scene from which track?????

Are you trying to place a transition effect between two scenes of a video file you've imported into a Magix video program or something like that? If so, make sure to split up the video file into two actual video objects within the program by placing your play marker at the position of the scene change (in timeline mode) and hitting "T" on the keyboard. After that is done, you will see the [A|B] icon there and you will be able to instate a transition between the two new objects.
