HOW DO I SEPARATE THE AUDIO FROM THE VIDEO ON THE TIMELINE

I WOULD LIKE TO REMOVE THE AUDIO FROM MY VIDEO AND REPLACE IT WITH ANOTHER AUDIO TRACK.HOW DO I DO IT WHEN THE VIDEO IS IN THE TIMELINE

I NEED SOME HELP I AM A NOVICE AND LEARNING EVERYDAY.

Hi,

It depends on which version of Movie Edit Pro you have. If you have version 18 or earlier, select the clip, then click "ungroup", select the audio clip and delete it, then drag or import your new audio.

If it is the latest version, Movie Edit Pro 2013, you first need to seperate the audio from the video by right clicking on the clip, select "audio and waveform display" then Video/Audio on seperate tracks. Once that is done ungroup and delete per the earlier instructions.
