how do I repair my view screen in MEP 16

problems with my view monitor in MEP 16 plus 

It crashed on me and this is part of the message I got

error in module MX3dvfx manager dll load address. I did an uninstall, then reinstalled MEP 16 plus using the disk but it still will not install properly. the view monitor in the program is still white and will not let me change the aspect ratio of any of my videos or use any video effects. I am not sure how to do a repair to the program

Hi

Use Windows Explorer and search for movieedit.ini  - you may find several of these and it may be hidden so you need to set the search toshow hidden files as well.

Once you have found them one will have a bigger file size than the others.  Delete or rename it.

Start MEP 16 and eveything should be reset to normal.
