Hi

Assuming you have not altered the default 10 mins autobackup then use  File, backup, Load backup project and locate the last auto saved backup file for the project.

Thank you, John, for that. Unfortunately there don't seem to be any backup files for the particular missing project. I did a wildcard search of the entire PC (using*.mm) and, although other backup files appeared, there were none for the the project i was working on. I probably spent abut an hour and a half on it so there should be something, but nada.
