How do I recover a lost product registration?

I can not find my product registration for a re-install on a new PC.

Product registration? or do you mean Product/Registration Key? any way.

If you had already purchsed and got it registered and then lost Product Key/Registration, you should got payment information, date of purchase and Product name and version.
