Once you have created your song, then go to File - Export  - Audio as MP3. There are various quality settings in the options, so select what you require. Also make sure to save the file somewhere, where you know how to find it again.

This will then save the file to your computer. This file can then simply be opened in any player you want, that plays MP3.
